DESCRIPTION

Overview:
This Component initializes a JNDI context for datasource object.This datasource object can then be used to connect to a database using the connect DB component.OpenDS Directory Server is recommended to use for JNDI. Before running this component, starting up the server and creating a new entry for saving datasource object. Then providing this compoennt with the username and password of server, and the entry's distinguished name(DN).

PROPERTIES

Name Description Default value
base_dn
Entry's unique identifier or distinguished name in OpenDS Directory Server. The datasource object is bound to this entry.
_debug_level
Controls the verbosity of debug messages printed by the component during execution.
Possible values are: off, severe, warning, info, config, fine, finer, finest, all
Append ',mirror' to any of the values above to mirror that output to the server logs.
info
xml_location
File of datasource xml file in published resources directory. If one does not exist, it will be created there on close.
myxml.xml
password
Passward of OpenDS Directory Server.
username
Username of OpenDS Directory Server.
cn=Directory Manager
_ignore_errors
Set to 'true' to ignore all unhandled exceptions and prevent the flow from being terminated. Setting this property to 'false' will result in the flow being terminated in the event an unhandled exception is thrown during the execution of this component
